Energy Association
Members of the Rice MBA Energy Club build knowledge, skills and relationships to prepare them to lead successfully in the energy industry throughout the world. The Energy Club helps:
- Educate students in all facets of the dynamic energy industry
- Connect students with a vast network of energy professionals, resources and alumni
- Promote local events that offer club members opportunities for professional development, learning and networking
- Facilitate civic involvement among club members and the Houston business community
CleanTech Association

The CleanTech Association expands the students' reach into the field of sustainable energy, transportation and other environmentally-friendly technologies. Through educational lectures, panel discussions, treks, town hall discussions and other events, the CleanTech Association enhances the Rice MBA experience by introducing the exciting, growing cleantech industries that are transforming the energy landscape and addressing the environmental challenges faced by an industrialized world.
The association plays a leadership role at Rice Business in educating the student population about the cleantech landscape and opening new doors to internships and full-time employment opportunities in cleantech industries, such as renewables, energy storage and electric vehicles.

Adam Smith Society & Energy Association
Join us for a panel discussion about the future outlook of the energy mix, policy and sustainability. We will also dive deeper into events of the past few weeks that led to questions regarding the Texas energy grid and energy security.
CleanTech Association
Come join the CleanTech Association for a panel on the Hydrogen and its important role in our energy future. Our panel will include special guests Trevor Best, CEO and Co-Founder of Syzygy Plasmonics, and Paul Rodden, GIS Program Lead at WSB and Host of The Hydrogen Podcast.
