Dr. Shah has been a physician for over twenty years, with a unique journey spanning multiple cities and various fields in medicine. She began her medical training at Chicago Medical School, completed her Pediatrics residency at Cornell/NewYork-Presbyterian in New York City, and pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital, Baylor. She then completed a fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound at UT Memorial Hermann in the Houston Medical Center. After several years in academic medicine in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Ultrasound, she transitioned to the private sector. Dr. Shah began an Aesthetics and Wellness practice and then expanded to Functional Medicine, with a focus on hormone optimization, weight management, and lifestyle modifications to optimize health and longevity.
