Alumnus Frank Liu is a prolific, award-winning developer of large scale mixed use, residential, and retail projects across Texas. Recently, he has begun reallocating his real estate exposure towards industrial real estate to capitalize on unprecedented sector demand that is largely driven by the rise of the digital economy, and more recently, supply chain disruption caused by the global pandemic. The result is Lovett Industrial, a two-year old partnership with real estate veteran Charlie Meyer, who was formerly focused on U.S. industrial development and acquisitions with Hines Interests.
