The Rice Advanced Management Program (RAMP) is an intensive executive development program for leaders ready to operate at the enterprise level. In Rice Business’ collaborative, high-impact learning environment, you’ll learn alongside a small, accomplished cohort and gain cross-industry perspective — guided by faculty who bring deep real-world expertise.
Through two immersive one-week sessions, paired with real-time application and executive coaching, you’ll strengthen your ability to connect strategy, finance and leadership to drive meaningful business results.

What You’ll Study in the Rice Advanced Management Program
The RAMP curriculum integrates leadership development, strategy, finance and organizational transformation short modules to help you operate at the enterprise level.
Across two immersive one-week sessions, you’ll work through real-world business challenges, using case discussions, simulations, exercises and executive coaching. Between sessions, you’ll have a virtual intermodular coaching session (date and time scheduled with your group and executive coach).
