RAMP Curriculum
The Rice Advanced Management Program Curriculum and Schedule
The Rice Advanced Management Program (RAMP) combines short modules in leadership, strategy, finance and organizational transformation to prepare experienced managers for enterprise-level roles.
Across two immersive in-person sessions, participants tackle real-world business challenges through case discussions, group collaboration and executive coaching. Between sessions, a virtual intermodular coaching session provides personalized guidance, scheduled with your cohort and executive coach to help you apply your learning in real time.
