Wayne Bohannon

Wayne Bohannon holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rice University in Houston, Texas as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. 

He currently serves as president for Air Liquide Industrial U.S. Air Liquide Industrial provides a broad range of products and services to customers in the Automotive, Energy, Chemical, Food, and other industries. Air Liquide Industrial has more than 1,600 employees in over 100 locations with its headquarters in Houston, Texas 

Prior to his current role he served as Chief Executive Officer for Air Liquide’s U.S. healthcare business as well as Chairman of the Board for Air Liquide’s Canadian healthcare business. Both of the businesses provide medical gases and services to the hospital, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. Additionally, Air Liquide is now the largest respiratory home healthcare business in Canada under Wayne’s leadership. 

Previous roles within Air Liquide included experience in Air Liquide’s international healthcare team in Paris, France from 2005 through 2008. He performed corporate finance roles as well as led healthcare acquisition projects in Great Britain, Germany, and Hong Kong. 

Wayne joined the Air Liquide Group in 2000 after graduating from Rice University. Wayne was a member of the North American acquisitions department for one year before becoming Director of Finance for the Healthcare division in the U.S. 

Prior to joining Air Liquide, Wayne held a CPA license while working in various accounting and financial roles.
