Vicki Jackman

Vicki Jackman is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience leading HR strategy across various industries including energy, healthcare. and homebuilding. She currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at KB Home, where she oversees people strategy and organizational development across the company's operations in Texas and Colorado. Prior to KB Home, Vicki held progressive HR leadership roles at GE and TechnipFMC, supporting global workforces and driving people initiatives across multiple regions and business functions. 

Vicki holds an MBA from Rice University, a Master's degree in Health from Texas State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three and resides in north Houston with her husband and children.
