Tracy Ross

Tracy Ross is the vice president of NRG Business West and Texas Sales, leading teams in and across Canada, Texas and California in structured sales, integrated sales, regional broker sales, and strategic client services for both direct and indirect channels. Her team’s highest priority is helping guide customers and brokers through their energy journey from reducing costs to finding sustainable solutions. Tracy began her career in the energy industry more than 28 years ago in natural gas. She has also held roles as the director of large commercial & industrial direct sales for TXU Energy, and director of mass market sales channel and large C&I direct sales for Champion/Calpine Energy. Tracy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in economics from Illinois College.
