Spencer Rippstein

Spencer W. Rippstein serves as a managing director in energy investment banking. He has been with the firm since 1999 and has completed a wide range of transactions including mergers, divestitures, restructurings and capital raises. Rippstein focuses on the midstream/downstream oil and gas sector and has worked on over 100 successful transactions, representing approximately $80 billion in aggregate value. Rippstein graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
