Sonya Denise Ware is a catalyst for inclusive leadership and creating workplace cultures that thrive. 

Sonya’s company, Blue Beagle Consulting, provides executive coaching that supports clients to embrace their best leadership self and achieve next-level performance and peace of mind.

Prior to Blue Beagle Consulting, Sonya worked in oil and gas technology for a Fortune 500 company; she managed $25M in project spend and was a five-time award-recipient for creating the ‘right work environment’; mastering inclusive leadership to achieve business results. 

Grounded in years of practical experience in business acumen, IT operations & support, strategy and team leadership, Sonya’s leadership experiences are transferable, and she is known for helping her corporate clients create personal and team performance strategies that benefit both the client and the organization. Today her team serves clients, director level and above, in the healthcare, non-profit, university and small business sectors.

Sonya earned a BS from the University of Houston and an MA from the University of St. Thomas; an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and ICF accreditation. 

Sonya is a devoted mom to her two lovely sons and enjoys comedy shows and reading murder-mystery novels.
