Petrus Ferreira

Petrus (Petri) Ferreira is an assistant professor. His research interest center on financial reporting and regulation, with a specific focus on accounting standard-setting. He earned his Ph.D. in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting, and a master's degree in taxation, all from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Prior to obtaining his Ph.D., Petri worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the University of Pretoria. Petri is also a licensed Charted Accountant.
