Pamela Rafferty

Pamela Rafferty is leading a transformational new venture for ExxonMobil that converts carbon-rich feeds from the refining process into high-value graphite products for the battery industry. She guides complex initiatives, strengthens organizational culture and drives operational excellence across diverse teams and portfolios. Her career spans more than two decades of global experience, including major project development in the U.S., U.K. and Singapore, extensive interface coordination across international engineering teams, commercial strategy leadership and large-scale organizational transformation. Rafferty began her journey as a chemical engineering co-op while studying at the University of Cincinnati, grounding her career in hands-on operations and a deep commitment to service through community outreach, volunteer work and leadership in local organizations. She lives in Houston with her husband, Brian, and is an avid traveler and enthusiastic explorer of new cultures, food and experiences.
