Pam Linberg

Pam Linberg is a principal in the Houston, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents and counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. Pam is the business development liaison for the Houston office and is a seasoned litigator. She defends employers in lawsuits, arbitrations, agency proceedings and appeals in a broad range of claims, including race, gender, age, disability, national origin, religion, sexual orientation and pregnancy discrimination, as well as claims involving harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave, and benefits. Pam also helps employers bring and respond to claims involving non-compete, non-solicitation, and restrictive covenants. Pam regularly counsels employers on compliance with federal and state laws, and drafts employment policies and agreements. She regularly conducts training for employers on various employment topics, and she is a CLE lecturer in these areas. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, in addition to employment litigation, Pam represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contracts, business torts, fiduciary duties, trade secrets, commercial fraud, defamation, and anti-trust disputes.
