Norma Torres Mendoza

As a tri-sector leader, Norma has spent the last seven years consulting with numerous non-profit organizations, businesses, and governmental agencies on their vision, expansion strategy, fundraising tactics, and transactions.
Norma currently works at E&Y- Parthenon as a Strategy and Transactions Consultant.
Previously, Norma worked for Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Human Capital Analyst. Her non-profit portfolio includes the City of Houston, Mi Familia Vota, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and most recently, she went in-house to IDEA Public Schools as a Director of Financial Literacy and Alumni Funding.
Norma is a “twice-Rice” degree holder: a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA. Norma also earned a Master’s degree (MPP) from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
In her free time, Norma co-hosts the podcast How to College: First Gen; she trains for marathons, and loves traveling to new countries.
