Nikki Suarez leads strategic community engagement initiatives across the Americas at S&P Global, where she designs AI-driven, human-centered programs that foster meaningful connections and measurable business impact. Her work sits at the intersection of customer experience, community building and innovation. Nikki serves on the board of the LatinxMBA Association and Be Peace - Be Hope, and she volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She earned her MBA from Rice Business in 2024, where she received the M.A. Wright Award and the Outstanding Woman in Leadership Award for her contributions to leadership, mentorship and community engagement.
