Nicole Pellegrino
Assistant Dean of Academic Programs and Student Experience
Nicole Pellegrino is the assistant dean of Academic Programs and Student Experience (APSE) at Rice Business, bringing nearly two decades of experience in higher education leadership, student affairs and academic administration.
Prior to joining Rice, she served as executive director of student services and MBA programs at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, where she led cross-functional teams supporting admissions, student life, the registrar, financial aid and academic affairs.
Nicole has a strong track record in strategic planning, student experience innovation and institutional effectiveness. She holds a master’s degree in higher education administration from Boston College and a bachelor’s in psychology from Wells College.
