Natalie’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident at a young age; her first formal venture at 10-years-old was a tour guide services business in Budapest, Hungary where she wrote and translated a city tours for visiting diplomats. She attended Baylor University and received a double major in Entrepreneurship and International Business.
During her ten years in Corporate America as a Software Trainer and Knowledge Manager, she trained employees from entry-level to C-suite executives on personal development and professional style.
In 2012 she launched Signature Style, an image consulting business which helps professionals discover and project their signature style through their wardrobe, presentation skills, body language, and etiquette. Natalie is passionate about sharing her style and brand knowledge on stage, on air, and online. She can be seen on national and local TV shows like Great Day Houston and Houston Life and has been featured in the Houston Chronicle, Houston Press, and national online magazine, Pure Wow for her expertise. As a speaker, Natalie regularly presents to universities and Fortune 500 companies in the medical, oil and gas, and financial sectors. She and her husband Charlie Weakly have two tiny interns, Kate (3) and Anna (1). The internship program is going well; Kate’s favorite color is fuschia and both attended their first fashion show this fall.
Natalie has worked with Dress for Success for many years, helping women get back into the work force in style. She and her husband are passionate about WorkFaith Connection and have gone on several trips with Living Water International to drill fresh water wells in Central American communities. Most recently, as direct result of Anna being born with a clubfoot, they are heavily involved with CURE International and through Signature Style are hosting a Makeover for Life event benefiting CURE.
