Kendall Toarmina is a management consultant, with an emphasis on the human element, at Slalom, Inc. She helps organizations be more effective in a variety of ways. From designing change management plans to help the people in an organization adopt new initiatives and programs, to helping innovate new products, to advising senior leaders on talent acquisition and management, Kendall’s experience is broad.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion is paramount to Kendall. She co-founded and led the Rice University MBA program’s first ever Diversity and Inclusion Conference in 2017 and has been named a Woman of Power by OutSmart Magazine. Kendall leads Slalom Houston’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, Prism, and is chief of staff for public sector and social impact clients. Outside of work, she is a vice president of the board of directors of Houston Hillel and volunteers at the Montrose Center.
