Kelly Woodward
Chief Operating Officer, Houston Airport System
Kelly Woodward is chief operating officer for the Houston Airport System, bringing over two decades of aviation management experience across public and private sectors. She oversees execution of Houston Airports’ strategic initiatives, ensures five-star performance at Bush and Hobby airports, enhances efficiency across all divisions and maintains operational excellence throughout the system. Most recently, Woodward served as a managing director with AvAirPros in Houston, where she led operational readiness efforts for the IAH Terminal B Transformation. She previously spent more than 20 years with Houston Airports, holding leadership positions in operations, contract services and custodial services, and serving as interim general manager of Bush Airport. She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with an FAA commercial pilot/flight instructor certificate. She is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
