Jim Barry, Managing Director - Investments, is a Wealth Management Advisor in the Princeton, New Jersey office. Jim joined Merrill Lynch in July 2000 after spending more than a decade in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning and Business Development at Merck & Co., Inc. Jim earned his BS in Marketing and MIS from Boston University in 1982 and his MBA in Finance from Rice University in 1984.
Jim is a Certified Financial Planner™ certificate as awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) who assists clients in developing and implementing long-term financial strategies to manage their personal and business finances. Jim also helps clients to focus on their concentrated stock positions and estate planning issues.
Jim lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife of 24 years, Subha, and their two children, Tara, 22 and Jay, 15.
