Guy Felton
Owner, A.G. Welding
Guy Felton is the owner of A.G. Welding, a residential and commercial welding company, which he purchased in 2002 through an SBA loan, owner financing and personal capital. Guy began his search process at the end of his MBA program due to a desire to change careers and own his own business. After eight months and two failed offers, he found and closed on A.G. Welding
Prior to A.G. Welding, Guy worked for several environmental consulting and engineering companies. He gained experience leading teams, analyzing data and negotiating with government authorities. These companies included DuPont Environmental, Trinity Environmental, Hunt & Hunt Engineering and Roux Associates.
Guy earned an M.S. in geology from Indiana University and a Rice MBA ’02. He is a member of the JGSEO and has participated on its CEO Roundtable. Guy enjoys giving back by advising other business owners and entrepreneurs.
