Guinevere Basnight

Guinevere Basnight serves as senior director of communications for North America at Tenaris, a leading global supplier of steel pipes for the energy sector. With more than 20 years of experience in employee and marketing communications and media relations, she has developed messaging strategies, audiovisual productions and commercial campaigns for international audiences and has supported executive leadership during periods of transformation and growth, including several substantial acquisitions and the construction of a greenfield steel pipe facility in Bay City, Texas. She also worked as an arts and culture reporter at the Buenos Aires Herald in Argentina. Guinevere holds a degree in Latin American literature from Sarah Lawrence College and a postgraduate degree in journalism. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children.
