Gregory Phillips

Greg is co-founding partner of Phillips Kaiser, a Houston business law firm providing outsourced general counsel services. His career includes serving as Associate General Counsel of Compaq, Assistant General Counsel of Enron, and Vice President and General Counsel of Petroci-USA, as well as starting as a corporate securities associate at Bracewell. He holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and an engineering degree from SMU. He co-founded The Legacy Project to increase diversity in the legal profession and was named the 2024 HMSDC Supplier of the Year (Class 2).
