Gino Hernandez

In this capacity, he is responsible for achieving the operating objectives of the firm. Further, he serves in an advisory capacity for technical direction of the firm and works with development to ensure Lavoro reaches its development goals. Most recently Gino served as Rockwell Automation’s Global Oil and Gas Director. He also previously served as Rockwell Automation's, North America Oil & Gas Director and China Oil & Gas Leader. Prior to Rockwell Automation, Gino worked for IBM for nine years in various positions of increasing responsibility.
