Diego Pedrazas

Diego Pedrazas is an M&A and Investments Associate at energyRe, where he evaluates and structures investment opportunities in large-scale solar, wind, energy storage and transmission projects. His role spans financial modeling for project finance, M&A transactions, and corporate initiatives. Prior to joining energyRe, Diego spent over five years at Shell, where he worked as a Drilling and Completions Engineer, overseeing complex well operations and optimizing processes across large-scale gas projects. Diego holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA from Rice University.
