Bassam Latif

Bassam Latif is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on strategic advisory with a specialty in Restructuring transactions. Mr. Latif has over 18 years of investment banking experience advising companies, equity investors and creditors across a broad range of industries including shipping & transportation, oil & gas, infrastructure and industrials. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was an Executive Director at Rothschild Inc. where he focused on global restructuring and M&A transactions.

Mr. Latif holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Rice University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
