Anthony Sanchez Rodriguez Lee is a Banker in the Houston office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He was part of the distinguished MBA Associate Program, designed to cultivate future leaders and visionaries of the firm. Anthony works closely with business owners, corporate executives, foundations, endowments, art institutions and philanthropically minded families, providing guidance to achieve sophisticated financial goals. His role involves delivering the firm’s global capabilities, enabling clients to fulfill their purposes and positively impact their communities.
Anthony’s dynamic background in finance, real estate, performing arts and nonprofits informs his comprehensive recommendations. He understands the sensitive nature of wealth management, and builds authentic relationships that make clients feel heard. Anthony leverages the expertise and specialized resources of J.P. Morgan to provide a holistic approach that includes risk mitigation, investing, lending, planning, cash flow management and other financial services. He is passionate about strategic advisory and educating future generations on using wealth for the greater good.
A native of Los Angeles, Anthony has triumphed over adversity and actively gives back to his community. He is a member of the Young Associate Council Steering Committee of the Houston Symphony, and engages with the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston. He also sits on the Board of Directors with the Houston Youth Symphony.
Anthony earned a B.A. in Music Composition from UCLA, where he also minored in the Music Industry. After several years with Universal Music Group, he transitioned into nonprofit work with A Sense of Home and United Way of Greater Los Angeles. Anthony’s career led him into investment management at Capital Group and subsequently into land development with Discovery Land Company. To complete his pivot to wealth management, he earned an M.B.A. with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Rice Business, and was recognized as a Rice Business Scholar.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Anthony enjoys tutoring math, financial literacy boot camps, performing arts, camping, backpacking, international travel and composing.
