You will learn effective negotiation skills and strategies through various scenarios in this Intensive Learning Experience (ILE), enhancing your ability to navigate different negotiation processes across diverse settings.

The class I find myself coming back to time and time again is my organizational behavior class with Professor Marlon Mooijman. Studying the psychology behind decision-making has helped me be more aware of my own power, biases, motivations, etc.

You will learn to navigate diverse settings, foster teamwork in inclusive environments, and devise solutions for organizational diversity. You will explore identity's impact on interactions and how it shapes diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels.
Employers seek leaders who possess not only the technical acumen to be proficient at their job task, but also the emotional intelligence necessary to build relationships and lead others. In this course, we provide students the ability to discover their base level of emotional intelligence across a set of 12 learned capacities for recognizing their own feelings and those of others. We also provide specific techniques and practice opportunities such that students can improve how they manage the emotions of themselves and others to contribute to effective performance at work.
Study of the nature of creativity, creative thinking skills and ways to encourage, promote and effectively manage creativity and innovation in complex organizations.
