Robert Graham

Robert is a Founding Partner at SIG Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm and advisor to independent sponsors, search funds and acquisition entrepreneurs, where he leads deal sourcing, diligence, structuring and capital raises. He is also CEO of Pillar Health Group, which he founded and grew from $6 million to $130 million in annual revenue in a little over six years, today employing more than 1,500 team members. Through SIG he has built more than 30 portfolio companies. He was previously a Vice President at The Sterling Group, where he helped lead the roll-up of Construction Supply Group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M, was an Eagle Scout, and has spoken at Harvard, MIT, the University of Chicago and Northwestern.
