Garrison Jones

Garrison is founder and CEO of Wailes Capital, which invests in mission-driven education, healthcare and business services companies. Before founding the firm he worked under the CEO at Spanish Schoolhouse, invested at The Vistria Group, and worked in investment banking at William Blair and in M&A at Accenture. In January 2026 Wailes launched WCM Holdings, a platform focused on nonprofit fundraising and administrative software and services. He also co-founded Cornell Watch Company, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Chicago, and has served on boards including the Houston Area Urban League and MLT.
