Adam Markley

Adam is CEO and founder of PROX Capital Group, a holding company investing in small and mid-sized businesses. After years in public and private accounting and corporate finance, he acquired an education company that taught people how to buy businesses, which gave him thousands of reps evaluating deals before building his own portfolio. PROX's holdings have included truck transmission rebuilding, trucking lead generation, medical staffing, digital marketing and an 89-year-old flagpole and banner company, plus two earlier UK acquisitions. He also founded Veracity CFO, holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore, and led a live deal review workshop at SMBash 2026.
