Rice University Fall 2022 Career and Internship Virtual Expo

The Rice University Fall 2022 Career and Internship Expo will return in both in-person and virtual formats this September, allowing you to connect with more students in the format that best suits your needs. Join us in person on September 14 or virtually on September 20, both days from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Both fairs are open to all Rice majors and class levels with current students and alumni looking for a wide range of opportunities. We’re pleased to partner with the Center for Career Development, making it easier than ever to recruit ALL Rice students.

Registration will open in Handshake on June 15, 2022 at 12 noon CDT.

Employers who register for the virtual Expo will have the opportunity to host as many as 5 virtual group sessions over the course of the day, as well as an unlimited amount of one-on-one sessions with students. Participants will also have the ability to set qualifications for those sessions. See below for getting started with a virtual expo.

Sponsorships are available for the in-person expo.

Premium sponsorship – $5,000
This sponsorship package includes registration to both expos and the following:

• Premium location and double booth in Sponsorship Row
• 5 additional company representatives
• 6 meals and parking vouchers
• Recognition on in-person and digital signage displayed at Expo
• Company logo on campus-wide ground signs
• Company logo on t-shirts, given out to 300 students and marketed across campus
• Logo on event website and Handshake landing page
• Marketing of company Expo attendance 1 week prior to event
• Premium recognition in event publicity on Facebook, schedule featured in the student newsletter, in event emails, on flyers, and all other event advertising
• Free registration for the virtual expo, if desired

Gold sponsorship – $2,500
This sponsorship package includes the following:
