Supply Chain Management Online Program
An efficient, reliable, cost-effective and responsive supply chain is critical for a firm’s success in today’s volatile economy and competitive market environment — and can offer companies a significant advantage.
Our self-paced Supply Chain Management course focuses on the flow of goods and services along with the lifecycle movement, storage and handling of raw materials, work-in-process inventory and finished goods. The course will cover flow from origin source to consumption, both within an organization and across the network of suppliers and customers. Over eight weeks, you will learn strategies and decision-making tools to optimize the integrated planning and execution of processes that facilitate the flow of materials, services, information and financial capital.
Within each module, you’ll find a variety of lecture videos, readings and accompanying quizzes or reflection exercises, allowing you to check your understanding of the material. There will also be interactive activities allowing you to apply your learning using real-life scenarios or examples.
