What has been the most surprising part of your Rice MBA experience? The most surprising part of my Rice MBA experience has been how quickly the community became one of the most valuable parts of the program. I expected a strong academic experience, but I did not expect classmates, faculty, and staff to be so genuinely invested in each other’s growth and success.

What has been your favorite thing about your MBA experience so far? My favorite part of the MBA experience so far has been the combination of practical learning and meaningful relationships, being able to immediately apply what I learn while also building connections with classmates and leaders who push me to grow.

What is one piece of advice you would share with a prospective student – one sentence? Be intentional from day one, because the more you engage with classmates, events, and opportunities outside the classroom, the more rewarding your Rice MBA experience will be.
