Winston Elliott currently serves as a strategy consultant working in the Houston office of KPMG LLP and has served numerous energy and health care clients to envision, develop and execute dynamic business strategies that drive profitability and growth. He is focused primarily in energy and health care, having also done extensive work on “Smart Cities” and the effects of electric and autonomous vehicles impact on the future energy landscape.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Winston was commissioned as a field artillery officer and served in 82nd and 173rd Airborne, including a deployment to Eastern Afghanistan in 2012. Following his time in the Army, he entered the MBA program and graduated in May 2017, receiving of the “Jones Citizen Award” for significant contributions and leadership during his time in the program.
Along with serving on the board of directors for Rice Business Partners, Winston is on the boards of the Lone Star Veterans Association and the Baker Institute Young Professionals Roundtable. He earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Georgia and MBA from Rice University. Winston currently resides in Houston with his wife and two children.
