J&L Enterprises seeks to acquire small to mid-size businesses in the South, Midwest, Northeast and Southeast of the United States. The company’s equity financing includes the owners’ personal capital, SBA loans and funds from a syndicate of passive investors

We are interested in the following types of businesses:

1. EBITDA $150K - $1,500K
2. Purchase price up to $5 Million
3. An established track record of strong operating performance is preferred however turnarounds are also welcome

The owners and operators of J&L Enterprises, Thiago Campos and Thais Hayum, are based in Houston, Texas. They focus on developing a network of businesses that minimize risk and provide recurring cash flows.

About Us

Thiago Campos is an Engineer with leadership and technical background in the Chemical and Oil and Gas industry. He focuses on improving the bottom line of companies by making use of a variety of tools and skills he has developed over 15 years in the industry in the US and overseas. Thiago has investments in real estate and retail and holds a MBA from Rice University. Thiago enjoys traveling with his wife and two young kids, building things with his hands, learning and being an overall geek.

Thais Hayum is an Entrepreneur and Finance Professional with over 12 years of progressive experience in finance, which include over 9 years in banking and structured finance at Bank of America and USBank’s Corporate Trust groups. Thais holds a Finance Major from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. Thais enjoys traveling, spending time with the family and developing her retail businesses.
