Sunita Dharani

Sunita Dharani joined Rice Business Executive Education as associate director, marketing and communications in 2023.

She graduated in 2022 with an MBA degree from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business and has been recognized through her work in marketing and communications with renowned organizations like Hilton Worldwide, Blue Moon, Autism Speaks, and the Houston Housing Authority.

 Before joining Rice Business Executive Education, Sunita worked as a marketing consultant for Mia's Table and as a Youth Program Associate for Jubilee Monuments Corp., a nonprofit organization focused on youth programming. Additionally, she held the position of special assistant to the general manager at Sweetwater Country Club, where she demonstrated her exceptional communication skills by managing both internal and external communications. Notably, she played a crucial role in developing special protocols for COVID safety. Prior to that, she served as a senior account manager at Etched Communication, a full-service marketing agency.

Outside of her professional career, Sunita likes to spend time with her four rescue puppies, volunteer in the community, and perform with Houston Show Choir.
