Ryan Pratt serves as a Principal in Ernst & Young’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice. Ryan has over 23 years of experience assisting clients with complex compliance issues and global governance matters. Ryan assists companies through compliance and risk assessments, fraud and forensic investigations, forensic data analytics, dispute resolution, litigation, claim valuation, third-party due diligence and government and regulatory inquiries. Throughout his career, Ryan has worked with general counsel, audit committees, senior executives, internal audit and operations to assist companies to identify and evaluate how fraudulent actions and catastrophic events affect companies’ operations, regulatory and financial stability.
