Remington is co-founder and chief growth officer at Cart.com, the leading unified commerce and logistics solutions provider, which grew to 6,000 customers, 1,800 employees, over $300 million in annual recurring revenue and a $1.3 billion valuation in just three years. He also previously served as the company's chief financial officer, chief operating officer and chief commercial officer. Prior to starting Cart.com, Remington was managing director and chief revenue officer at The Cannon, the Greater Houston Area's largest chain of startup incubation and co-working spaces. He also previously worked in corporate innovation consulting, helping Fortune companies across industries revitalize their organizations and their brands. He also briefly co-managed a seed-stage venture fund focused on food technology and consumer packaged goods. He is a senior contributor for Forbes, where he writes on infrastructure innovation and smart cities, and sits on a number of startup and nonprofit boards and advisory boards, including Houston Contemporary Dance Company, Marquette University College of Arts and Sciences and Cemvita Factory. He is an alumnus of the University of Aberdeen, New York University, Loyola University Chicago and Marquette University.
