Raisha Smith

Raisha Smith (She/Her) is a sales executive at Microsoft, where she leads sales and AI business development efforts in the education sector for the state of California and Washington, including K-12 and higher education institutions. With a background in strategic management and entrepreneurship, Raisha is passionate about providing innovative solutions in EdTech and is a proven leader and change agent at Microsoft. She is also the founder of EveryDopeGirl, a community that fosters intentional support among female entrepreneurs globally, promotes diversity and is an entry point and ideation lab to over 20,000 women in business. Raisha holds an MBA from Rice Business '22 and is known for her dedication to empowering others and her commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
