Michael Antonoff

Michael has accumulated broad experiences during his 16 years in leadership roles. Leveraging his expertise in strategic planning, technology, process improvement, and project management in consulting, medical device companies, and healthcare, he has been able to deliver to executive leadership and boards of directors impactful results by building high performing teams.
Most recently, Michael founded Tinova Advisors, a consulting firm focusing on advanced analytics and artificial intelligence strategy. Previously, Michael worked at The University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center, in Houston, Texas, as Executive Director, Enterprise Business and Data Services. In this role, Michael was responsible for the institution’s non-clinical systems including: Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Resources, time tracking, police department support, hotel support, point of sale systems, dining services, volunteer services, legal, compliance, gift shops, parking garages, websites, and facility related software to support a campus of over 15 MM sq.ft. Michael was also responsible for building the new Big Data department for cognitive computing. In 2017, Michael partnered with two physicians to start a new healthcare company, Patients We Share. PWS is a patient navigation system designed for everyone involved in patient care to improve his or her efficiency and effectiveness in referrals, treating patients, and communicating with other providers about patient care.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice University, a BS in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University, and has completed the Executive Development Program at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
