Meg Hayward

Meg is a Senior Manager in Energy Consulting at EPAM Systems, where she leads complex digital transformation and data strategy engagements for clients across the energy sector. With a foundation in mechanical engineering and experience in both oil and gas operations and tech consulting, Meg has delivered multimillion-dollar AI and cloud solutions for Fortune 500 clients and helped bring cutting-edge methane emissions models to market in partnership with academia.

A proud alumna of the Rice Business professional MBA program and the University of Texas at Austin, Meg is an active member of the Rice Business Leadership Society and a frequent attendee at alumni events. She also supports local nonprofits and professional groups including the Women's Energy Network and the Ladies Executive Golf Society.
