Lynn Lednicky

Lynn Lednicky ('91) is a Partner with Newport Board Group - a partnership of board directors and senior executive leaders with deep knowledge of capital markets, strategy, and operations.  Prior to joining Newport Board Group, Lynn was President of Lednicky Enterprises, LLC - a private advisory services firm providing experienced executive advice to capital intensive companies with long-lived assets, operating in a commodity cyclical business, and subject to government and regulatory pressures. Prior to founding Lednicky Enterprises, Lynn held various executive roles at Dynegy including lead responsibility for operations, trading, asset management, strategic planning, and development. Lynn has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Rice and worked for The Dow Chemical Company for six years before returning to Rice to earn his MBA in 1991. Lynn has been a member of the Jones School Alumni Association Board since 2012.
