John Dampf
President, Men as Allies
John is originally from McKinney, Texas and first started his career in the United States Navy after graduating the United States Naval Academy in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was stationed on both the East and West coasts and deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. After 7 years, he transitioned to corporate consulting out of Dallas, Texas, providing strategic advisory services and post-merger integration solutions within a diversified/agnostic vertical. He ultimately decided to pursue his MBA at Rice University where he is studying dual concentrations in Energy and Finance.
John currently serves as a Rice Business Board Fellow, Rice Business Admissions Ambassador, Men As Allies Association President, Finance Association Co-President, and a United States Naval Academy Recruitment Officer and will be pursuing investment banking upon graduating from Rice.
