Jinyu Mao

Jinyu Mao is a global product and AI leader and senior director of product planning and AI experiences at HP Inc. With more than 10 years of experience across North America, Europe and Asia, she has led end-to-end product strategy, growth and user experience for large-scale technology platforms. At HP, Jinyu drives the AI PC strategy for a more than $10B commercial notebook segment, shaping roadmaps that embed AI and machine learning into core experiences to improve productivity, automation and personalization. She partners closely with engineering, data science, UX and silicon ecosystem leaders including Intel, AMD, Qualcomm and Nvidia to optimize AI workloads and performance efficiency. Previously, she built and led HP’s CX/UX Center of Excellence. Jinyu is trilingual (English, French and Mandarin) and has pursued executive education at MIT Sloan and Stanford GSB.
