Jane Gasdaska

Change Management Lead, Phillips 66

Jane Gasdaska is the Change Management lead for Phillips 66, a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company. She has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Prior to assuming her current position, Gasdaska was general manager, U.S. Product Supply and Distribution for Phillips 66 Commercial. Before joining the company in May 2012, Gasdaska was manager, Planning and Optimization for ConocoPhillips U.S. Marketing. While at ConocoPhillips, she also worked in the Commercial organization as the East Coast Clean Supply manager and held positions in Business Development and Downstream Global Strategy.

Gasdaska began her career in 1996 working in crude oil operations for Mobil Oil Corporation in Fairfax, Virginia. She moved into their Mid-Atlantic marketing region where she worked in a variety of planning and managerial positions for Mobil Oil, Tosco and Phillips Petroleum.

Gasdaska attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and graduated in 1988 with a degree in mathematics. She also holds an MBA from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
