Crystal Coffman

Crystal Coffman serves as Execution Director of Business Development at Pattern Energy where she facilitates corporate processes and risk assessments for of all of Pattern’s development pipeline.  Part of the Pattern team since the company’s inception, Crystal started as an intern, spent several years in finance, and later transitioned to Business Development prior to beginning her latest role in 2022.  Throughout this time, she has been for a part of the successful development and financing of projects totaling more than 2,700 MW of clean energy now in operation. She holds an MBA from Rice University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
