Craig Ceccanti
Professional EOS Implementer, EOS Worldwide

Craig is a Professional EOS Implementer and business coach who helps entrepreneurial leadership teams gain clarity, control, and traction using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). What sets Craig apart is his unique background as a multi-time founder with successful exits, combined with over eight years of experience operating as both a Visionary and an Integrator. He’s led companies through startup, scale, and turnaround—giving him unmatched empathy for the challenges leaders face. This dual-lens perspective allows Craig to implement EOS with a practical, results-driven approach that resonates deeply with entrepreneurial teams.
Before fully dedicating himself to EOS, Craig served as President and COO of Softeq Development Corporation, a global technology consulting firm. There, he led a high-stakes turnaround—realigning the leadership team, rebuilding operational systems, and fostering a culture of accountability. His work not only stabilized the company but also repositioned it for growth. During this time, Craig also helped manage the Softeq Venture Fund, supporting early-stage founders with hands-on operational guidance and strategic clarity.
Craig began his entrepreneurial journey as Founder and CEO of Pinot’s Palette, guiding the company from a single studio in Houston to a nationally recognized franchise brand. In 2023, Pinot’s Palette completed a successful exit, capping over a decade of steady expansion under Craig’s leadership.
In the years following, Craig co-founded Rivalry Technologies, a mobile ordering platform for stadiums and healthcare environments, where he continues to serve on the Board. He also founded T-Minus Solutions, a custom software consulting agency that helped early-stage and scaling companies align technology with long-term vision and team execution.
A passionate contributor to Houston’s startup ecosystem, Craig currently serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Houston Venture Fund and teaches in the Entrepreneurship Program at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business as Adjunct Faculty. He previously served for six years on the Rice Business Board of Advisors. Craig holds dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Information Systems & Decision Sciences (ISDS) from Louisiana State University, and earned his MBA from Rice University. Outside of work, Craig is a devoted husband and father who enjoys being outdoors with his kids and instilling in them the same curiosity, grit, and integrity that have shaped his own journey.
