Ann Oglesby
Vice President, Energy Research & Innovation, Phillips 66
Ann M. Oglesby is vice president, Energy Research & Innovation for Phillips 66, a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company. She has more than 30 years of experience in the oil, natural gas and petrochemicals industries.
Prior to assuming her current role in January 2018, Oglesby was general manager, Global Risk & Compliance. She previously served as general manager, Lubricants, in addition to vice president, Communications & Public Affairs. She also led Communications & Public Affairs at ConocoPhillips from 2010-12. In her tenure with ConocoPhillips, she was general manager, Corporate Planning and Strategy, from 2009-10; manager, Climate Change and Sustainable Development, from 2007-09; president, Specialty Products, from 2004-07; and manager, Emerging Technology, from 2001-04.
Oglesby began her oil industry career in 1987 with various roles in engineering, supply, business development and planning positions focused on petrochemicals.
Oglesby currently serves as the Phillips 66 executive liaison for Oklahoma State University and is a member of the OSU Diversity Development Council. She is also a board member of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering and serves on the Frank Phillips Foundation board of trustees.
Originally from Fort Smith, Arkansas, Oglesby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1987.
