Sora Jun
Assistant Professor of Management – Organizational Behavior

Sora Jun is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Organizational Behavior group, with a courtesy appointment in Psychological Sciences.
Her research draws on psychological perspectives to study social hierarchies and intergroup relations, with a particular focus on how individuals perceive and navigate complex intergroup dynamics in hierarchies composed of more than two groups.
Professor Jun teaches across the MBA, undergraduate, and Ph.D. programs, and her work has been published in leading journals including the Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Nature, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and Psychological Science.
She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and her B.Com. in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto.
